‘Mama June’ Pumpkin’s Daughter, Ella Efird Unrecognizable With Huge Growth Spurt
Pumpkin Efird’s oldest child, Ella Efird is unrecognizable after undergoing a huge growth spurt. The seven-year-old was seen out with her mother, heading to play soccer and it was hard to believe it was the same little Ella. Keep reading to see more pics of how grown up she is now.

When Pumpkin Efird was seventeen, she and Josh Efird got quite the surprise when they learned they were expecting their first child. She did not know if she was ready but she was excited all the same. It came to the point where Pumpkin just wanted her baby out of her belly. They welcomed Ella Efird in December 2017 and tied the knot not long after. She was later joined by a brother, Bentley in 2021 and twins, Sylus and Stella, in 2022. The couple was ultimately married for six years before they ended up filing for divorce. This shocked fans and followers who had watched them on reality television.
It appeared that Pumpkin and Josh balanced each other out and had a great system going but that was not the case. She moved on with his cousin, Darrin Kitchens and he has since found someone who may be pregnant. Fans have expressed concern that Pumpkin is no longer a hands-on mother which is very sad. She is out partying and traveling with Darrin but recently, she took pics of Ella as she headed to soccer practice. Fans were shocked at how big she had gotten and even favored Honey Boo Boo.

They both have sweet little cherub cheeks which made fans fall in love. Immediately, a Reddit thread was started to talk about how much Ella Efird favored her aunt. They had not seen Ella in a while as Family Crisis does not return until Summer 2025. So, what did they have to say about how grown up she is now? The OP shared this immediately:

Strong Genes
In all fairness, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson moved in with Josh and Pumpkin Efird when Ella Efird was a baby. This had to do with Mama June’s substance addiction so she needed a place to land. Luckily, her sister embraced her with open arms. Due to that, Ella and Alana grew very close so it makes sense that she may favor her as she was a constant presence. Plus, fans always said Ella had a similar personality as her aunt did when she was on Toddlers & Tiaras. She is a fierce little lady and she will take on the world. It will be fun to see her evolution when Family Crisis returns.
