As longtime Kardashian fans know, Khloe Kardashian’s history with Lamar Odom is well-documented. The pair were together for years, and this laid the groundwork for many dramatic storylines between the pair, especially as the years progressed.
At one point in time, Lamar Odom was one of the best players in the NBA, on one of the best teams in the NBA. He and the Kobe Bryant-led Los Angeles Lakers went to the finals three years in a row, winning back-to-back rings in 2009 and 2010.
As much as Lamar Odom shined on the basketball court, he had a lot of issues off the court, and his drama with Khloe Kardashian was all part of that.

The Season 6 premiere of The Kardashians showcased an intense and emotional reunion between Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom. This type of reunion was guaranteed to have eyeballs on it. So, in this aspect, it was a no-brainer for this to go down.
During this intense reunion, the topic of Lamar’s overdose came up, and Khloe had plenty to say on the matter, because she spent a lot of time by his side as he went through this ordeal. Based on what Khloe said, she did not hold back, either.
Khloe said: “You — are you okay? You have no idea what happened that day, thank God. But I do. I was [there] through it all. I remember everything. I didn’t leave you for four months. I got staph infection ’cause I lived in a hospital.”
Khloe Kardashian Reveals Shocking Reason She Punched Lamar Odom In The Face
During this intense reunion with Lamar Odom, Khloe revealed even more secrets about that time in their lives, including how she got violent with Lamar, and even ended up breaking things in the house.
Khloe said: “But you had enough awareness to get a burner phone to call a drug dealer to get what you needed to get. To send security away. To do what you needed to do for me to find out. And then for me to punch you in the face — cause I punched you in the face and I shattered everything in that house.”
