Melissa didn’t waste any time and followed Dr. Now’s weight loss program. The My 600-Lb Life star quickly lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery. She was able to drop 157 pounds. But Melissa struggled to maintain a healthy diet. She eventually regained some weight after getting the operation.
However, her dream of becoming a mother came true following her massive weight loss. She gained 100 pounds after two pregnancies. But Melissa got back into transforming herself and dropped 447 pounds. Her last reported weight was 206 lbs, and many of her social media posts today indicate that she’s still thriving in her physical journey.

Melissa Morris has been documenting her life as a mother. Last September, the My 600-Lb Life star shared a proud moment as her daughter entered her freshman year in High School. She added that her girl likes swimming and softball and is part of a band. Melissa has also been present for her kids’ school activities. She has yet to share her current weight. But her last photo in April 2024 indicates that she is maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her incredible transformation also inspires many of her followers.
