Christina Haack’s Tennessee Property Off The Market Again, Why?
HGTV star Christina Haack’s Tennessee property has been a hot-button issue during her split from Josh Hall.
In 2024, the celebrity designer chose to list the stunning property. Josh Hall immediately pushed back and filed to block the sale. Although Christina purchased the home before their wedding, he cited that he significantly contributed to paying down the mortgage.
After some back and forth, it seems there’s a new development in the case.
Christina Haack Unlists Her Tennessee Property
Avid HGTV fans likely recognize Christina Haack’s Tennesse property as the setting of Christina in the Country. While many loved seeing Christina design in a more rural setting, the show won’t receive a third season.
Recently, the designer confirmed the show was done and she no longer wanted the property. Of course, Josh Hall’s petition to block the sale certainly threw a wrench in the plans.
On December 3, 2024, Christina Haack was able to put the property up on the market again. According to The Daily Mail, a judge even mandated that she pay her ex-husband $150,000 from the property sale.
But something changed within the last two months.
Realtor.com reports that the Tennessee property is off the market once again. As of February 11, 2025, it’s no longer available for purchase. The publication reports that it’s the latest “twist” in Josh Hall and Christina Haack’s messy divorce.
It’s not immediately clear what happened this time. However, Josh Hall has been vocally upset about his portrayal on The Flip Off. He accused HGTV of manufacturing drama for the sake of ratings.
More information will likely emerge in the upcoming weeks and months.
The Celebrity Designer Wants To Move On With Her Life
The marriage may be over, but Josh Hall seems to be a continuous thorn in Christina Haack’s side. In a recent episode of The Flip Off, she revealed that Josh asked her for $3.5 million.
But even amid the property drama, she’s proudly moving forward with her life. In addition to the successful launch of The Flip Off, she also hard-launched her new boyfriend on social media. Christina uploaded a photo of herself sitting in Christopher Larocca’s lap while enjoying time on a private plane. The happy couple posed for the camera with champagne flutes in hand.
The property dispute might be far from over, but it seems that Christina is doing her best to stay focused on her current projects and newfound romance.
