Kanye West Facing Lawsuit For Harassment And Antisemitism

Kanye West, also known as Ye, is facing a lawsuit after a former employee at Yeezy accused him of bullying and making antisemitic remarks. The woman, who is Jewish and worked as a marketing specialist, claims that Kanye verbally abused her and created a toxic work environment. She says she was eventually fired after she complained about his behavior.

Kanye West Sent The Employee Troubling Messages

According to the lawsuit, which was obtained by TMZ, Kanye allegedly sent troubling messages to her and another Jewish staff member. In one message, Kanye reportedly texted them in a group chat, saying, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler.” The lawsuit also states that Kanye responded to the woman’s suggestion that he make a public statement against Nazism by sending a message saying, “I Am A NAZI.” This was after his 2024 album Vultures Vol.1 sparked backlash for antisemitic lyrics and cover art.

The woman claims Kanye often used offensive language when speaking to her. She says he insulted her in group chats, telling her to “cut the bull****” and “f*** out of here.” She also alleges that Kanye called her a “heartless sociopath” and used other harsh words like “shut the f*** up, bitch.” Additional messages allegedly included insults such as “You ugly as f***” and “You stupid a** corny bitch.”

Kanye Threatening His Workers

One of the most alarming allegations in the lawsuit involves Kanye’s reference to his controversial “deathcon 3” tweet from 2022. In which he threatened to go “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” The woman claims Kanye messaged her, saying, “You what’s left after I said deathcon.”

The lawsuit says when the woman reported Kanye’s behavior to her manager, she was fired shortly after. She claims Kanye then dared her to sue him, continuing to insult her. As a result, the woman is now seeking damages for the emotional distress she suffered during her time at Yeezy. Kanye’s actions and verbal abuse took a toll on his workers and made the workplace an uncomfortable environment. His threats made against the employee just add to the case. The former employee is waiting for a response from Kanye’s legal team on how they want to proceed with the rulings.

At the time of the lawsuit, Kanye’s team has not responded to the accusations.
