‘Bachelor’ Fans ‘Flip’ On Grant Ellis, What Changed?

Grant Ellis Becomes The Bachelor After Heartbreak
Grant Ellis is the current Bachelor. However, he had to get his heart broken before becoming the lead role. He was on Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette. However, he got sent home and was not the one for Jenn. Grant ended up being announced as the new Bachelor. Production ended up announcing this before taking applications so all the women knew what they were signing up for. Fans were obsessed with Grant before the season aired. This made it where the franchise got more applications than ever before. However, it seems viewer’s opinions are changing as they watch the season.
Fans Flip On Him, What Changed?
Fans have changed their minds about Grant. He is being hated for what he is doing. What changed?
- He looks like a f*ck boy, I think he’s totally hot but has a douchy chest tattoo and kissed every girl on the first day when there was no chemistry yet. His IG and TikTok are fake, with 8 posts only, each one bachelor related.
- it’s always worse with leads who go out earlier rather than later (Im looking at you, Juan Pablo). But I think with Grant, he seemed nice enough compared to that truly awful cast of men, but on his own? He seems pretty lame/weak/unlikeable.
- Because frankly he’s kind of a loser. He’s not emotionally available He doesn’t have a job (self taught day trader without any capital is not a job) He seems nice – but is very clearly impressed with himself which makes it tougher to like him
- I just personally got an ick when he described the group date as “dope” and then was confused when the “vibes were off” after he made out with one girl in front of everyone else. To me that just made him come across very young and a little clueless.
Yikes. He is not keeping fans obsessed with him. He is doing the opposite.
It seems as though fans are already fed up with Grant. They did not like that he was promoting his music on the show. Also, he has kissed so many girls this early on in the season. However, Grant is doing what he feels he needs to do this season. Fans are also sad to hear that there will be no Bachelorette in 2025. What is going on? Has your opinion of Grant changed?
