Jenn Tran’s Ex Matt Rossi Reveals Who Really Paid For New Zealand Trip

During Jenn Tran’s season of The Bachelorette, she had a big surprise when her ex Matt Rossi showed up in New Zealand. When Jesse Palmer and others introduced Matt they said he flew all the way there on his own dime. However, many questioned that information. Now, Rossi is revealing who really paid for that very expensive trip. Keep reading to see what he shared.
Matt Rossi Shared Who Really Paid For Him To See Jenn Tran
Bachelorette Jenn Tran was in for a shock when her ex Matt Rossi showed up in New Zealand. She previously revealed that she was surprised to see him and then thought he must be there to give her some advice. She was really in for a shock when he revealed he still had feelings for her and wanted her back.
Jenn agreed to think about letting him join her season. She invited him to the cocktail party. The other men including Devin Strader were not happy with Matt’s arrival. Devin even threatened to self-eliminate if Jenn let him stay.
Everyone was told that Rossi showed up in New Zealand on his own dime. They maintained they did not pay anything for his trip.
Now, he’s sharing more of what he says went on behind the scenes. He appeared on the Bachmakers podcast where he was asked about that trip and if he really paid for it all himself. Matt said, Let’s say it was partially subsidized.” Rossi then added, “Heavily subsidized. They tried to put me in coach but I upgraded it.”
He Shared The Trip Was More Dramatic Than It Showed On Television
Matt Rossi went on to say that the trip was more dramatic than what was shown on television. When he went to see Jenn Tran he shared it was probably the scariest thing he had ever done. Rossi said,
“I think that was honestly one of the scariest things I’ve ever done in my life. There was a lot more going on too behind-the-scenes that I was like, is this safe to do? I remember asking the producers, I was like, ‘Is this a safe call?’ There was a lot of alcohol flowing. You know, a lot of emotions.”
Matt also talked about how it was important to Jenn Tran for viewers to know that he was not the toxic ex that she mentioned multiple times throughout her season.

What do you think about Matt now admitting that The Bachelorette producers helped fund his trip to New Zealand? Do you think he’s telling the truth?
