Life Interrupted: Isabella Strahan’s Fight to Beat Cancer shows the struggle that Michael Strahan’s daughter went through as she dealt with brain cancer. It was something that quite literally interrupted her life, as she was just settling into beginning her college career.
The documentary includes a lot of behind-the-scenes footage of Isabella’s journey, including her struggle and more. Because her dad is famous and in the public eye, there has been a lot of attention on Isabella as she went through her struggle, and in that sense, it’s not surprising that a documentary was made detailing the topic.
Michael Stahan Got Real About Daughter’s Tough Ordeal
Michael Strahan did his best to be strong, and to be a rock for his family as his daughter went through the worst of her struggle. The documentary does not shy away from going deep into what that experience was like, and how it affected not just Isabella, but her entire family as well.
In a teaser clip from the documentary, Michael Strahan says: “It’s tough to see someone who is usually energetic, vibrant, just a lovely human, be basically incapacitated. This is a story of my fearless daughter, who’s 19 years old and fought for brain cancer and documented her journey.”
Isabella Strahan’s mother, Jean Muggli, also shared her candid thoughts about everything her daughter dealt with, particularly at some of her worst points. Muggli said: “When she started standing up like she was gonna walk, I realized it’s hard for her to figure out how to put her feet on the ground.”

Because of everything that Isabella Strahan went through, and because of the way she has been so fearless in terms of going through her struggles in the public eye, she is a source of inspiration for many people, with many looking up to her as a role model after everything she went through.
