Kim Kardashian Puts Her Career Before Her Daughter
Kim Kardashian is getting a taste of motherhood with her famous daughter. Now, it seems like she’s unsure if she wants to put her daughter’s career before her own. Keep reading for more details on Kim being North’s manager.
Kim Kardashian Struggles With North
In the new episode of The Kardashians, Kim Kardashian is getting real about her current career status. According to People, she’s really struggling with putting North’s career before her own. Apparently, Kim wasn’t planning on taking over North’s career this early. In recent years, North has not only begun modeling but also singing. Kim is shocked by how much time it’s taking to manage her daughter’s career.
“I thought I was busy before. North, me having to be her momager right now is crazy. It’s just, it was not on my list. It was not on my Bingo card for this year,” Kim admits.
Of course, no one understands quite like Kris Jenner.
“It’s a lot of work,” she responds to Kim. “It’s a lot of energy.”
Kris has been the manager for all of her daughters throughout their entire career. So, she’s no stranger to what it takes to manage multiple careers at once.
Kim Isn’t Ready
Unfortunately, it seems that Kim is finding she isn’t quite ready to be at this point in her life. She even goes as far as to point out that it’s either North’s career or her own career. It’s really hard for them to both be the center of attention. After all, Kim can only be in one place at one time.
“If she has a shoot, I have to be there all day, so it’s like her or me,” Kim reveals.
Of course, as with any mom, this is hard for Kim to deal with. Not only is she struggling to balance North’s career with her own, but she also knows that North is still young. Kim still wants to make sure she’s having fun.
“I’m really conflicted on my daughter’s career, so we’re going to talk about that soon,” Kim explains. “I just really want to make sure that everything’s really well balanced. All of the work experiences are balanced out with just enough fun life experiences. I just want balance.”
