‘The Flip Off’ Josh Hall Reportedly Asks Christina For Millions

In the aftermath of Josh Hall and Christina Haack’s explosive divorce, money has come up quite often. In January, Christina revealed they would soon head to court to continue their fight. At the time, she alleged Josh wasn’t interested in mediation, so they had no other choice.
But as The Flip Off continues, HGTV fans will learn more about the contentious split and the fallout that came after. During Wednesday night’s new episode, Christina admitted Josh asked her for millions in spousal support.
Christina Haack Says Josh Hall Asked For $3.5 Million In The Divorce
The celebrity designer couldn’t be happier to film without her ex-husband. But even so, Christina admitted watching the first episode of The Flip Off was difficult. She felt excited to see her new show premiere but wasn’t eager to relive the chaotic end to her third marriage.

After HGTV fired Josh Hall from The Flip Off, Christina Haack knew she needed a new team. After dealing with Josh, she wanted people she could trust. She settled on contractor Michael Lange and designer Kylie Wing.
The two have known Christina for years and want to support her however they possibly can during this difficult chapter. Naturally, her divorce came up in the show’s second episode.

“So when do you have court next week?” Michael asks during the new episode.
“Court? Oh it got postponed because made a horrible offer,” Christina answers. “He asked for $3.5 million from me.”
“A very fair offer,” Kylie sarcastically adds.
“He said it was ‘very fair,'” Christina laughs at the very idea.
The Former HGTV Star Did Receive Some Money From His Ex-Wife
Although Josh Hall will probably never receive as much money as he wants, courts did recently rule that Christina Haack must pay him a hefty sum.
According to The Daily Mail, she must pay her ex-husband $150,000 from the sale of their $4.5 million Tennessee home.
“No later than five days after the close of the escrow, [Christina] is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into [Josh’s] counsel-client trust that is interest-bearing with restricted access,” the court paperwork reportedly reads.
Christina Haack likely doesn’t want to give Josh a dime, but $150,000 is certainly much less than $3.5 million. More than likely, there will be more developments in their divorce case before it’s over for good.
