Chris McNally Has Major Wardrobe Malfunction During WCTH Scene
Sometimes bad things like wardrobe malfunctions happen on Hallmark sets. Breanne L. Heldman from People Magazine reported on her Facebook Live interview with six members of the WCTH cast. When Heldman asked Chris McNally about his scene in the episode entitled “Dancing Teens” where he was wrangling a calf with his love interest Edie Martel, McNally gave a surprising response. The Tipline Mysteries star reported, “My pants exploded and tore apart.”
In this episode, Lucas wound up helping Edie with an escaped calf. With his curls flowing, he lassoed the calf. Next, he picked it up. That is when the wardrobe malfunction occurred.
I also split my pants open when I picked that calf up. Oh yea., I entirely blew the butt out of those pants.
However, he assured Hearties, “You can’t see it. I checked.”
While this wardrobe malfunction is what happened, those who were there when they were filming thought that the 36-year-old actor had passed gas. “I think the reaction was stifled laughter from everybody becausse, at the time, it didn’t sound like pants splitting open, it sounded like something else. ‘Did he just pick up that calf and let out a monstrous toot?'”
Chris McNally Talks About Lucas And Edie’s ‘Journey’
At this special Facebook Live event for WCTH, Chris McNally shared some insights into Lucas and Edie’s “fun journey.” Just last episode, Lucas discovers that she is no longer engaged. They already have something in common. “They challenge each other’s intellect and I just think it’s nice for Lucas to have a dancing partner again because it’s been a while.”
Governor Bouchard and Edie Martell have been involved in a merry dance. The two met because of land issues for the National Park, and Edie’s late uncle’s ranch. Despite being at odds, the two have found a lot of common ground too. Lucas has been rebuilding his life and most of his new life has been hard work. Now, he has found a friend.
