HGTV Christina Haack Officially Ditches Big Tie To Josh Hall
Since Christina Haack announced her split from Josh Hall last summer, she’s taken careful action to separate herself from him as much as possible.
So far, she’s had him removed from their upcoming HGTV show and had her ring tattoo removed. The exes still have a significant way to go before they’re completely finished with one another.
But even so, Christina took a massive step forward and severed another tie to Josh Hall.
Christina Haack Reclaims Her Name After The Divorce
“Christina Hall” no longer exists, according to the HGTV star. As she navigates through her messy divorce, she’s proud to announce that her name is legally “Christina Haack” once again.
The celebrity designer started using her maiden name again not long after she and Josh announced their split. However, she was only just recently able to change her name on Instagram. And it appears Wikipedia has caught up now as well.
“Officially a Haack,” Christina posted on her Instagram story, alongside a bald eagle emoji. She attached a letter from the Social Security Administration confirming that they recognized her name change.
“Identifying as only married twice,” she joked. “Time to update the Wikipedia.”
The Designer Looks Forward To The Road Ahead
Legally changing her name back to “Christina Haack” is a major step for the HGTV star. But sadly, her battle with Josh isn’t over yet. In a recent interview, she confirmed that the exes are heading to court since Josh isn’t interested in divorce mediation.
“[We’re] not even close,” Christina told Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live regarding the timeline on her divorce. “We’re going to be going to trial I hear.”
But even amid the hiccups, the mother of three has quite a lot to look forward to. Her children are growing up and taking on more interests. She’s been dating around and has been romantically linked to a successful CEO, Christopher Larocca. And on top of that, she has an exciting show coming out with Tarek and Heather El Moussa.
Christina and her third husband may be on horrific terms, but that’s not the case for all her exes. Christina and Tarek are on great terms as they navigate co-parenting and creating excellent television for their fans.
