Kelly Jo Bates recently took to Instagram to share a lengthy message following her hospitalization. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, she’s thankful for all the prayers and positive messages she has received over the past few days. She added that she’s recovering and has been reading messages while sitting on the couch. She couldn’t respond to everyone, so she made a “Thank you” post.

Kelly Jo then revealed that she was no longer suffering from any pain. However, she still feels tired and has shortness of breath. She continued, “My family will hardly let me do a thing, so I’m living the pampered life right now! I’m so thankful to be on the road to recovery & to be surrounded by so much love!”

She revealed that her father-in-law suffered from a concussion. Fortunately, he’s now in recovery.
