‘Mama June’ Honey Boo Boo Teases Big Project In The Works
Mama June Shannon’s youngest child, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is teasing that she has a big project in the works. So, what is going on, and how will it impact her life in the long run? More so, what can fans expect from this? Keep reading for more details on Alana’s new venture.
Honey Boo Boo Teases Big Project In The Works
For most of her life, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson has been in the spotlight and a force to be reckoned with. She shined on Toddlers and Tiaras and then moved on to Here Comes Honey Boo Boo. There, her family was the focus along with their quirks and ups and downs. She had three sisters, Jessica, Anna, and Pumpkin plus her parents, Mama June and Sugar Bear. Alana’s parents had an interesting dynamic where it was unclear if they were in love or just good friends who had a daughter.
Fans could not turn away from the trainwreck which was eventually canceled but the family lived on. Mama June got a spinoff, From Not to Hot which was rebranded to Road to Redemption, and now Family Crisis. A lot had happened from addiction to death and now divorce but they seem to finally all be getting along which is great. Alana and her sisters have created The Sisters Closet where they sell items online and do vendor events. Yet, Alana is now teasing something big and exciting via her Instagram.
She dished that she had “something big” on the horizon. However, at the moment, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson could not share the details of what was going on. She claimed she did want to spill all of the tea but could not. Yet, she encouraged her followers to stay tuned as to what was coming up next. Alana has not posted on social media since August 8th, 2024. Some wondered if she was struggling with the divorce between Pumpkin and Josh Efird as they helped raise her.
A New Season Ahead
There will be a new season of Mama June: Family Crisis coming in the Spring of 2025. Pumpkin Efird confirmed this but it is unclear the exact date or what will it be centered around. The last season focused on Anna Cardwell’s cancer battle and how the family coped with it. She ended up succumbing to cancer in December 2023 and the family had to try to deal with the aftermath of Anna’s death. Mama June also went to battle against Anna’s ex-husband for custody of her daughter, Kaitlyn. This season may focus on the outcome of that and the demise of Pumpkin’s marriage to Josh.
