My 600-Lb Life Season 10 star Ontreon Shannon is one of the most unfortunate patients of Dr. Now. He appeared in Season 10 at 702 pounds, making him one of the heaviest during the season. Just like many other patients of the bariatric surgeon, Ontreon suffered from childhood trauma. He was already estranged from his father as a child, and his mother never had time for him due to her work. As a result, Ontreon developed an unhealthy lifestyle. Ontreon was already dealing with congestive heart failure and diabetes when he sought Dr. Now’s help. He was also rejected by other doctors many times, telling him that he was lucky to be alive at 40. However, it didn’t stop the My 600-Lb Life star from trying to reach his goals. Unfortunately, his health conditions became huge obstacles for him to keep moving forward. He never lost any pounds and even gained about 2 pounds throughout his journey. He left the show at 704 lbs. However, he remained positive that he’ll eventually reach his goals.

What Happened To Ontreon?
Ontreon Shannon has been in touch with the fans on social media, especially Facebook. Earlier this month, the My 600-Lb Life star shared an awareness post about food addiction, showing that he’s becoming more conscious about his diet. Ontreon has yet to share his current weight. But he uploaded a photo of himself last week showing off a healthier appearance. One of his last full-body photos was taken in July 2024.

Unfortunately, it seems Ontreon’s health condition is still getting in the way for him to shed pounds. Regardless, he continues to show a positive mindset. Aside from sharing healthy lifestyle tips, Ontreon has also been sharing biblical quotes.

It also appears that Ontreon Shannon is still unemployed due to his condition. Some of the My 600-Lb Life star’s social media posts include donation links for those who want to lend a hand amid his weight loss journey. He’s also using Facebook as a platform to earn money, such as asking his followers to send him “Stars,” which are converted into real money. But it seems Ontreon still has no plans to document his physical journey.
