Christina Haack might be winning her third divorce in the court of public opinion. But an actual court recently ruled that she had to pay her ex-husband Josh Hall a substantial amount from a recent sale.

Since they announced their divorce last summer, Josh and Christina’s split has been anything but amicable. And without a doubt, this new ruling is going to ruffle some feathers.

Read on to see exactly what happened.

Christina Haack Owes Josh Hall Money After Selling Their Tennessee Home

As TV Shows Ace previously shared, Christina Haack triumphed in a property dispute against her third husband Josh Hall.

Not long after they announced their split, Christina put their Tennessee home up for sale. Josh had been living on the property and naturally wasn’t pleased, so he petitioned the court to block the sale. The HGTV star bought the property before their marriage. However, Josh insisted he had a stake in the property since he helped pay down the mortgage.

Christina temporarily took the listing down but put it up again after the courts ruled in her favor. However, that’s not the end of the battle.

The Daily Mail reports that Christina Haack must give her ex-husband a portion of the profits from the sale. The Tennessee property is reportedly worth about $4.5 million. She must pay $150,000 of what she earns from the sale to Josh.

Court documents report: “No later than five days after the close of the escrow, [Christina] is ordered to deposit $150,000 from the sale of the home into [Josh’s] counsel-client trust that is interest-bearing with restricted access.”

There’s Still A Court Battle Looming On The Horizon

Avid HGTV fans recognize Christina Haack’s stunning farmhouse from her show, Christina in the Country. But amid the tumultuous divorce and ultimate sale, that show isn’t moving forward with a third season.

Christina confirmed its cancelation during her appearance on Jeff Lewis Live. She decided she no longer wanted to travel back and forth from the property and certainly didn’t want to bump into Josh, who still lives in Tennessee.

“So he can stay in Tennessee. I’ll stay in California,” she said during the interview.

On top of that, Christina also shared that she and Josh Hall would have to head to trial since he wouldn’t go through mediation with her. She sarcastically shared that she couldn’t wait to get started.

Do you agree with the court’s decision to make Christina Haack pay Josh Hall money from the sale? Leave your thoughts in the comments.
