‘American Pickers’ Mike Wolfe Shares L.A. Fire Footage

Mike Wolfe is preparing to head out to start filming the next season of American Pickers. However, he recently shared some other updates with some tragic filming for the reality TV star. Mike shared video footage of the horrible Los Angeles wildfires that are tearing through California. The fires are destroying countless people’s homes and have taken several lives already.
Here is what Mike has been sharing with his fans on social media.
American Pickers: Mike Wolfe Shares Horrific L.A Wildfire Footage
America is watching as the L.A. wildfires destroy homes and lives in California. Two new fires recently started to add to the already spreading fires that are running rampant through Southern California. Pacific Palisades, Altadena, and Pasadena have all been ravaged by the fires so far.

For his part, Mike Wolfe is trying to keep his American Pickers fans updated on the fires through his social media accounts. With thousands of residents forced to evacuate and at least 25 reported dead so far, Mike has taken it upon himself to track the fires and report his updates online.
Mike has over 568,000 social media followers, and he is working to ensure that factual reports are released to his fans. At one point, Mike reshared a video from the charity Karmagawa’s Instagram account. The video shows two men and a dog trapped in the fire, which surrounded their home.
The good news is that they were both evacuated, and the dog was saved as well. Mike also shared various videos that offered advice on how people can get more information. “State, regional and grassroots organizations are collecting funds and recruiting volunteers to help those displaced or affected,” he wrote (via The Express).
Mike Wolfe Ready To Start Filming American Pickers
While the West Coast is on fire, Mike Wolfe is planning on heading east to start filming his next season of American Pickers. Mike and his team are heading to South Carolina to start their new season of the show. They are set to begin filming in February.

While a new season is planned, American Pickers’ future remains uncertain. There will be at least two more seasons based on the deal Mike signed last year. However, the show’s ratings hit an all-time low this season, which came after hitting a low last season as well.
Fans seem to be tuning out in record numbers, both due to many people cutting cords and leaving traditional cable and those who quit the show after Frank Fritz left.
