‘Traitors’ Fans Freaked Out By Tom Sandoval’s ‘Detox’ Sweat
Season 3 of The Traitors just began and Peacock has already dropped the first three episodes. Vanderpump Rules alum, Tom Sandoval has been cast and viewers are anxious to see what he will bring to the hit series. Unfortunately, it was his immense “detox” sweat that distracted everyone. Traitors Fans Freaked Out By Tom Sandoval’s ‘Detox’ Sweat
Tom Sandoval is perfect for The Traitors as he wants so badly to make people think he is a changed man. He feels that he is no longer the lying cheater who slept with his girlfriend’s best friend. Rather, he has evolved and is a new person, something he tried to prove when he appeared on Season 2 of Special Forces. Sandoval was determined to be punished for his sins. Now, he feels he has taken the heat long enough and it should be done. Vanderpump Rules has been rebooted with a new cast, and his bar, Schwartz & Sandy’s has closed.
Sandoval is entering a new chapter in his life with his up-and-down girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson. They are currently doing their best to rescue animals and help those in need amid the California wildfires. However, Sandoval still cannot shake ‘Scandoval.’ He was immediately shunned when he arrived at The Traitors castle in Scotland. Co-stars, Gabby Windey and Nikki Garcia refused to say hello. Even host, Alan Cumming played mind games with him. Sandoval is trying his best to be likable but it is hard to focus on anything other than his disgusting armpits.
While at breakfast, Tom Sandoval is standing and it is clear that something is off. Everyone else is wearing warm clothing whereas he has on a T-shirt. However, he is sweating bullets in the armpit area. A Reddit thread was started to address what was going on with the reality star and fans had some theories. One common theory was detox:
- Cocaine and alcohol detox
- He’s detoxing.
- Withdrawals
- Oh he’s Detoxing big time. He looks strung out.
A Freezing Home
The fact that Tom Sandoval was sweating in The Traitors’ castle was very suspicious. Followers noted how previous players stated how cold it had always been. More so, they pointed out the weather in Scotland and how it was likely quite cool:
- Didn’t previous cast members say the castle was absolutely freezing?!
- Look at how everyone else in the room is dressed: bundled up in layers because it’s freaking Scotland in an old, drafty castle!! And then we have Sandoval in a short-sleeve tee sweating bullets. Gee I wonder why…
However, Sandoval did lose his luggage so he was forced to wear whatever they gave him so that may have been uncomfortable. There was also the suggestion of antidepressants which can make people sweat profusely. Finally, viewers may not know the root cause of his excessive armpit sweat but they will be paying close attention.
