But at the end of the day, they’re still sisters. There’s still quite a bit of love between the two, even when they think they hate each other. And as 1000-Lb Sisters fans have seen over the years, bickering and yelling are staples of the family’s dynamic.

Tammy Slaton’s Siblings Are So Proud Of Everything She’s Accomplished
Tammy Slaton’s siblings have seen her at her absolute lowest point. They admitted there have been several points throughout their lives when they thought they were permanently saying goodbye to Tammy.
But no matter the health scare, Tammy has always pulled through. The 1000-Lb Sisters star has made significant progress on her weight loss journey, but she’s still as stubborn and sassy as ever. Unfortunately, that also means she butts heads with her siblings quite regularly.
Fortunately, it seems that Amanda and Tammy are on much healthier terms these days. In a recent Instagram live, Amanda confirmed that she and her siblings were trying to leave all their negative feelings in the past.
What better way to kick off 2025 than to give Tammy some love online?
“@queentammy86 flashback to rehab FaceTime days. We are so proud of you sis. Keep pushing forward to accomplish your goals you got this and we got you!” Amanda posted on Instagram, sharing an old video of herself and her younger sister on a video call.

Fans Praise The TLC Star’s Tremendous Hard Work
Right away, fans noticed that Tammy Slaton looked vastly different. She worked incredibly hard throughout her stay in rehab and continued sticking with her goals after receiving bariatric surgery.
