Upon Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos’ return from vacation with their three kids, Michael, 27, Lola, 23, and Joaquin, 21, Kelly had news. During their absence, the Live With Kelly And Mark show was prerecorded so fans didn’t have to miss out throughout the holidays. Kelly was relieved her children managed to play nice in the sandbox during their time together. Although Kelly teased Mark for taking minimal and less-than-flattering photos of her, they both had a great time. Furthermore, Mark sported a fresh new tan from their time on the beach. But both Kelly and Mark are looking forward to a beautiful 2025. However, Kelly hints at a big shake-up for the show.

When Art Moore sadly let Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelous know he was retiring, they knew there would be changes. Furthermore, the whispers of a new location have swirled since before he left. However, Art spoke about how they would be uprooting Live With Kelly And Mark in the upcoming season. Even with the earlier tease, now Kelly has hinted the timeline has moved up on the big shuffle. Notably, Kelly has been dropping clues during recent holidays. She talked about it being the “last” Halloween and Christmas episodes.
Undoubtedly, there are many sentimental memories Kelly especially has in the old studio. Likewise, it is a huge change for the crew too. Furthermore, there will be a considerable amount of work needed to move years of collected sets, props, and equipment to the new location by the newly estimated date of March 2025. Notably, this is much sooner than Art predicted before his retirement.
