‘90 Day Fiance’ Leida Margaretha Slapped With Restraining Order
90 Day Fiance star, Leida Margaretha has been slapped with a restraining order to go along with her mounting legal problems. She has had problems since she was on the hit TLC reality show and they have not slowed down one bit. So, what happened and can she get out of this? Keep reading for further details.
90 Day Fiance Leida Margaretha Slapped With Restraining Order
Leida Margaretha has been causing problems since she first appeared on the 90 Day Fiance scene. She came over from Indonesia to be with Eric Rosenbrook and they were ready to start a new life together. Yet, things were not the way that they had hoped especially between Eric’s daughter, Tasha, and Leida. There were even problems between Leida and Eric leading fans to wonder if they could make it. They were up and down but kept reconciling and she even made amends with Tasha.
Unfortunately, Leida found herself in hot water in 2023. She was arrested for making fraudulent payments/withdrawals in Wisconsin. Leida had been doing this from a company where she was working as a bookkeeper. At the time, the Portage Police shared this:
“Through the investigation it was determined the employee had made fraudulent payments and withdraws to several outside business accounts and customers using Loggerhead Deco’s account information … Some victims reporting several thousands of dollars in unauthorized business account payments and withdraws.”
Leida maintained her innocence of the three felonies while appearing in court in July 2024. It seems she has not learned her lesson as more has emerged thanks to John Yates. He shared, on his Instagram, how a restraining order had been filed against Leida. This occurred on January 3rd, 2025.
Additional complaints against the 90 Day Fiance star and her husband have emerged. People have gone on social media to issue warnings to other businesses so they know not to work with Leida and Eric. John Yates added this in a separate post and it is baffling. They scammed a photographer and after nonpayment, she withheld their photos. Eric and Leida proceeded to write a poor review.

Eric Rosenbrook has been just as bad as his wife, Leida Margaretha. Not only did the 90 Day Fiance couple scam a photographer but they also hurt other businesses that are not afraid to speak up. Leida had her child take lessons but disputed the charges. Another person almost got scammed but figured out Leida before it got too far. So, were followers surprised by this or not at all?

The photographer got a lot of respect with followers wanting to flood her business with positive reviews. That was a really special thought. Hopefully, Leida finally learns that she cannot do this to people.
