Benji dropped 258 pounds throughout the program, dropping his weight to 382 pounds. Meanwhile, David dropped 452 lbs, making them the most successful siblings in the My 600-Lb Life franchise.

David kept his followers in the loop regarding his journey on Instagram. One of his last posts was back in April, where he showed off his stunning transformation. The My 600-Lb Life star can be seen with his girlfriend, Carrie. He has significantly gotten slimmer compared to his time with Dr. Now.

He also captioned his post with “42 more Days!” which may be a countdown to their wedding. But David Bolton has never posted anything again since then.
