‘Let’s Make A Deal’ Wayne Brady Cracks Under Pressure, Co-Star Steps In
Let’s Make A Deal is always a guaranteed party with every episode. Sometimes, however, the pressure can build, especially with prizes at stake. Based on the most recent scenes from the popular game show, the pressure got to host, Wayne Brady. So, what happened in recent game show scenes?
It’s Always A Party When Let’s Make A Deal Films
As fans who have been following Let’s Make A Deal episodes for years know, the game show is one part games and prizes, and the other part is a whole lot of party. Wayne Brady is the perfect person to be at the helm of a game show like this.
After all of his years with improv comedy, almost nothing catches Wayne Brady off guard in game show scenes. Even when something does, he is usually able to bounce back relatively quickly and make a funny joke out of it. This is a big reason why so many people continue to watch the show all these years later.
Wayne Brady Has To Be Ready For Anything
As quick on his feet, and as adaptable as Wayne Brady is, there are some situations that even Brady is not prepared to deal with. This happened recently in Let’s Make A Deal scenes. This time around, there was a New Year’s-themed episode, and everyone got in on the theme.
As part of one of the games on Let’s Make A Deal, it involved champagne bottles, as you need when welcoming anything related to the new year. From there, if the bottle had red confetti in it, that meant that the contestants won nothing. However, if the bottle turned out to have green confetti in it, that meant that the player won $5k.
Let’s Make A Deal Host Cracks Under Pressure In Recent Scenes
Continuing the game, one contestant on the show ended up passing up what was a Croatian cruise prize. So, the player was banking on the champagne bottle having green confetti in it, so that at least they would walk away with some money in the end.
However, when it came time to pop the bottle open, Wayne Brady struggled to do it. Luckily, Brady was saved by his co-star, Jonathan, who was quick to make a performance anxiety joke, adding: “It’s OK, Wayne, happens to the best of us.”
Wayne Brady was a good sport about the whole thing, handing the bottle over to Jonathan. Luckily, when Jonathan got the bottle open, there was green confetti in it, and the player came away $5k richer.
