Andy Cohen Slams Anderson Cooper For Ignoring Shania Twain
One thing that fans have gotten used to on New Year’s Eve is Andy Cohen acting out. While he has been limited on how much he can drink during the event after past controversies, he is still willing to say anything that comes to mind. That included calling out Anderson Cooper live during a Shania Twain performance.

Andy Cohen Calls Out Anderson Cooper On NYE Telecast
On the annual New Year’s Eve telecasts, big-name celebrities often perform during the show. This year, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper welcomed Shania Twain to perform for the fans in Tinme’s Square. However, while she performed a mini concert, Cohen saw Cooper not paying attention.
While Snania was performing, Andy saw Anderon playing on his phone during the performance. This came right after the two were asked about their New Year’s resolutions. Anderson Cooper said his resolution was to spend less time on his phone. “Mine is the same as it always is, which is to spend less time on my phone,” Cooper joked, “That would be good. That’s my resolution for Andy as well.”
However, that is when Andy called out Anderson. “Well, sweetie, you were on your phone last night while Shania Twain was killing it performing ‘Man, I Feel Like a Woman.’”
This was just another moment of the chemistry between Andy and Anderson, as they always give each other a hard time during this event every year. However, Andy said before the event that one thing bothers him about the show. He noted that Cooper always gets the “giggles.”
“Well, [it’s] that I have to be the straight guy,” Cohen said. “Literally, he’s in a puddle of giggles for the last 90 minutes of the broadcast, and I’m the one that’s hitting all the commercial breaks.”
Diplo Makes Shocking Confession During Andy Cohen Interview
Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper welcomed many celebrities to talk to them during the event. This included Ralph Fiennes and Diplo. While Fiennes was as dignified as ever, Diplo made a shocking confession.
“I’m so curious. What’s the most conventional place that you’ve done LSD?” Andy asked Diplo. While it seemed like a shocking and off-color question, Diplo’s answer was even more surprising. “Right now. I did some on the helicopter on the way here.”
Andy was shocked and exclaimed, “Right now?” as Anderson Cooper began laughing heavily after the answer. “I’m not even lying,” Diplo said. He then said he was “microdosing” but might have “macrodosed” earlier in the day.
