‘Jersey Shore’ Angelina Pivarnick Accused Of Assaulting A ‘Little Person?’
Jersey Shore star Angelina Pivarnick and a group she was with recently got into an altercation at a club over the holiday season. A few figures have spoken out about the incident concerning the reality TV personality. This includes a lawyer speaking on Pivarnick’s behalf and an actress who had allegedly been attacked during the altercation.
Angelina Pivarnick & Her Party Attended A ‘Santa’s Secret’ Immersive Attraction
Pivarnick starred in the first two seasons of Jersey Shore. While not appearing in the third season, she would later make guest appearances during the fifth and sixth seasons. She also appeared in the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation spin-off.
Recently, the star made an appearance at a nightclub in time for the holidays. However, she was reportedly part of a group that caused trouble at the event.
As noted by Page Six, the group allegedly caused trouble for a stage show at the club and harrased the performers. At one point, one person in the group is alleged to have punched a 3′ 6″ actress who was wearing a teddy bear costume. Cops were eventually called in to intervene.
The “Santa’s Secret” event was an immersive Christmas-themed attraction in Chelsea. Set up to resemble a “winter wonderland,” guests found a speakeasy-style bar, complete with a performance on stage. There was also a “walk-through” that allowed characters to interact with guests.
Pivarnick’s group arrived at the event around 9 PM. It’s been said that several members of the group appeared to be under the influence.
As the publication noted, an attorney representing Pivarnick has denied she was involved with any wrongdoing. Lawyer John J. Zidziunas claimed that, “Angelina attended the event with friends and had a wonderful time, spending most of the evening engaging with fans and taking photos.”
“At no point did she act inappropriately or touch anyone… While there were others at the venue whose behavior required police intervention, the police body cam footage and venue video footage will clearly show that Angelina was not involved in any misconduct.”
Both An Actress Involved With The Performance & The Show’s Producer Have Shared Claims
“The allegations are baseless… The facts will speak for themselves and will ultimately support legal action by Angelina once these allegations are proven false.”
One of the character actresses, Katrina Kemp, who identifies as a “person with dwarfism,” and performs as a teddy bear during the show, recently spoke out about the incident. She claims that the incident left her feeling “completely non-human.”
As Kemp noted, “They were calling me the ‘M’ slur [and] then threatening to fight me once I wanted to end the interaction.” She also alleges she was punched in the stomach and eventually had to break out of character.

Kemp claimed, “I had to take my mask off and ruin the magic [of the show]. I said, ‘Don’t touch me!’… And they started cursing me out and calling me rude and a b****.”
Kemp claims she couldn’t tell who attacked her as she was wearing a mascot head during the time. However, comparing the group to “zoo animals,” she said the group had ”no respect for any of the performers.”

The show’s producer, Brandon Voss of Voss Events, also claimed the group initially refused to leave until security arrived. As he noted, “We called NYPD to get [them] out. When she saw uniformed officers, they left.”
