However, I’m relieved not to be dealing directly with the negativity that surfaced throughout this process.”

Tina Arnold continued, “Even if I never lost another pound (which I will), I’d still be happy and healthy and on top of the world, because I’ve discovered the secret to living a happy life has nothing to do with my body and everything to do with my mind.”
