Candace Cameron Bure is planning a hiatus from social media over the holidays. However, she also wanted to take time to share with fans how she remains in fit condition. She showed off her workout routine and explained how it could help anyone who wants to get in better shape.

Cameron Bure, 48, posted the clip on Thursday, December 19, before she took off for her Christmas hiatus. In the Instagram video, she showed fans how she is able to maintain her figure. In the caption, she wrote, “START NOW and always remember, a little goes a long way!”

She also wrote, “Now is not the time to quit…keep going! Don’t let the goal just be about weight loss. Let the goal be…CONSISTENCY.” She then showed the video of her working out with weights, doing squats, and more. She finished the video with a big smile and a thumbs up for her fans.

This was something that her fans loved and enjoyed seeing. Many of them decided that this was something that sounded inspirational to get them moving and trying to get in better shape as well.
