Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos are currently involved in many “lasts.” As they finish their shows at their 67th Street studio, they always discuss the end of an era. This is because they are moving to a brand-new studio in 2025, although it is unclear when the move will occur. This week, they had another “end-of-an-era” moment.

Here is what Kelly and Mark did this week that they won’t do again.

Kelly Ripa & Mark Conseulos Have Final ‘Miracle Of 67th Street”

Even before Kelly Ripa joined Live with…, the show aired at its iconic 67th Street studio. It has been there for four decades as the show’s only home since its inception in 1983. All the hosts, from Regis Philbin and Kathie Lee Gifford to Ryan Seacrest and Michael Strahan, have called this studio their home.

Kelly and her husband, Mark, have said they will move into a new state-of-the-art facility in SoHo sometime early in 2025. This means they will be leaving behind their longtime home. Kelly said they have toured possible locations, and more information should arrive soon.

However, this means they are doing many things for the last time in the studio, including their “Miracle on 67th Street” celebration. The two walked down the street in New York and talked about memories from the show. “It looks like this walk to work is turning into a stroll down memory lane,” Kelly said (via Instagram).

They then showed videos of holiday shows and discussed how young their three kids (Michael, Lola, and Joaquin) were in the video clips. “And all the times Santa came to visit, this is incredible!” Mark added.

Kelly Ripa Talks To Audience About This Final Celebration In The Studio

When the skit returned to the studio, Kelly Ripa talked to the audience. Many people were dressed up in their best Christmas attire. Kelly told them this would be the last chance for the audience to celebrate Christmas with Live… in this studio.

“This is, allegedly, as you know, our last holiday show from our studio home in this very building on 67th street,” Kelly said. Mark agreed and added that the show has taped Christmas episodes there for more than 40 years now. They also went all out, with Rob Thomas and Mary J. Blige coming in to talk to the hosts.

Past guests also sent in videos talking about favorite holiday memories, including Bill Clinton, Niecy Nash, Ryan Seacrest, Cher, and Jimmy Fallon.
