Why Isn’t A New Episode Of RHOSLC On Tonight?
Every Wednesday night is reserved for RHOSLC. There was on big shift when it moved to an earlier timeslot with no warning. It moved from 9 pm EST to 8 pm EST so that the new series, Sold on SLC could debut. Fans were stunned to learn of the time change and almost missed their favorite housewives. In fact, some have missed new episodes given they were used to the later airing. Fans needed a constant and weekly reminder that Salt Lake had moved ahead so they would not have to catch the replay or see it on Peacock the following morning.
Season 5 has been explosive, emotional, and iconic. Mary Cosby has had to deal with her son’s addiction. This has not been easy but she has been by his side for whatever he has needed. Fans loved the open and honest conversation the two had and how it could help others in need. Bronwyn Newport is a newcomer and fashionista with a much older husband. She just shared that he was unfaithful in their marriage which threw the ladies for a loop but it looks like she is a good addition.
The ladies are all struggling in some fashion and at someone’s throat. However, it is immensely entertaining so the fact that RHOSLC is not on tonight is upsetting. So, what is the reason? The holidays mean the show will be on hiatus for a few weeks. The next new episode will air on Wednesday, January 8th and fans are mad about this:
- I don’t get why in this day and age of streaming they don’t just have it on regularly.
- What else do we have to do?! This is my escape (especially during holidays) and I’d rather watch SLC than football.
Taking Its Place…
According to Bravo, taking the place of RHOSLC tonight will be The Holiday. It’s a little movie marathon but what is really bothering fans is that the season will end in February. So, there is very little time left in Season 5. Therefore, viewers want to soak up as much of the show and ladies as they can but that is hard when the show went on an unexpected hiatus. The same has happened with RHOBH which won’t be back until January 7th. Fortunately, all of the Housewives franchises are available to stream on Peacock which is where viewers may be headed:
- “I understand X-Mas but it’s New Year’s night, not NYE, so unsure why they aren’t airing it. 3 weeks in between is crazy. It’ll give me time to continue to binge HW Dallas I guess.”
