NBC Releases Teaser For ‘The Hunting Party’ Starring Melissa Roxburgh, Nick Wechsler
NBC has finally released the first teaser video for its upcoming crime procedural, The Hunting Party. This stars Tracker star and Manifest alum, Melissa Roxburgh, Revenge alum Nick Wechsler, Patrick Sabongui, and Ride alum Sara Garcia.

NBC Has Released First Teaser For New Procedural The Hunting Party
On Saturday, NBC released the first video teaser for the new prison-based, crime procedural, The Hunting Party. This is led by Tracker recurring star and Manifest alum, Melissa Roxburgh. According to Deadline, The Hunting Party is about “An elite task force of investigators has its hands full when an off-the-books max-security prison sees a massive breach, leading to the escape of the most notorious convicts.”

In the first teaser, viewers are introduced to ex-FBI agent Rebecca “Bex” Henderson. As the Blondie song “One Way Or Another,” they show that Rebecca is in charge of finding those criminals. But, where did they escape from? In this preview of the premiere episode called “The Pit,” there is a building in the shape of a hexagon. As that building is shown, the voiceover reveals that is “a classified prison home to the most violent and dangerous criminals the world has ever known.”
The escaped inmates flea after an unknown blast. Was this intentional? That has not been revealed. However, now, Bex is on the hunt with her team of professionals. They need to figure out who was behind this, besides hunting down the very dangerous escapees.

Who is on her team? Nick Wechsler is Oliver Odell, Patrick Sabongui is Ryan Hassani, Josh McKenzie is Shane Florence, Sara Garcia is Jennifer Morales and Kyra Leroux is recurring on the series, but her name has not been shared.

When Does The New Melissa Roxburgh Series Premiere?
The premiere of The Hunting Party is on Monday, February 3, at 10 p.m., Eastern, on NBC. This premieres right after The Voice, which will give the series a nice audience boost. Best of all, this new procedural will be available to stream on Peacock the next day. The Hunting Party will go head-to-head with the freshman CBS series NCIS: Origins, which tells the story of Young Gibbs.
