Establishment Rudely Turns Away Customers

Schwartz & Sandy’s is set to close in less than two weeks. Last week, they advertised a Taylor Swift-themed night. This was on December 13 for her birthday. Some fans drove a long way to attend. However, they were rudely turned away. Workers for the establishment let them know there was a private event going on and would not let them enter.

“I drove almost 4 hours to come here just to get turned away at the door. Can’t say I’m surprised the Tom’s royally messed up – no where does it say there is a private event. Can’t believe this honestly my friend and I drove so far. They don’t seem to care about their fans which is sad because I don’t think they have that many fans left. I was excited to support their last weekend open and they s**t on the people trying to support them. Yeah we’re really mad it’s not even funny,”

This was only one fan’s experience. Unfortunately, there are many more that occurred that night.

It seems that fans just wanted to check out the establishment and attend their Taylor Swift-themed night. This was an unfortunate situation due to the bar not announcing they would have a private event instead. Some fans drove hours for the event without being able to get in. So, instead, they went to Jax’s Studio City which was not far from the closing lounge. What do you think about them rudely turning away customers? Are you shocked? Sound off in the comments below. We would love to hear your thoughts.
