Some Inmates Have Talked About What It’s Like Having Diddy Behind Bars

Ever since his arrest back in September, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has proposed a variety of bail proposals. However, at least three attempts were subsequently rejected by a judge.

Following this, Combs’ legal team announced the mogul would be staying behind bars as he awaits his upcoming May 2025 trial. This now means Diddy is set to celebrate the Christmas holiday in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

A few sources recently spoke to People to shed some light on what Diddy can expect. According to a jail employee, Combs is “doing fine,” although he noted, “Nobody wants to be here.”

The publication noted his Christmas lunch will include a Cornish hen, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, and rolls. His dinner will be made up of two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The publication’s print issue interviewed inmates and other figures close to inmates. It was shared that during his free time, he plays card games and shoots hoops with fellow inmates.

Christmas Isn’t The Only Holiday Diddy Has Spent In The Brooklyn Detention Center

On Christmas Day, Diddy has his choice of games to play. These include a Spades card game, dominos, three-on-three basketball, or even a soccer tournament. One inmate noted, “He’ll probably play some basketball.”

According to a former inmate, “[Combs is] well-liked inside prison.” They continued, “People are getting along with him.”

Family members also often visit on Tuesday or Wednesday. This makes it likely Diddy will get a visit on Christmas and Christmas Eve. When it comes to gifts, the publication noted that it’s likely that Diddy will receive some funds for his commissary account.

As previously reported, Combs also recently spent Thanksgiving behind bars. As noted by The U.S. Sun, Diddy was given the option of a turkey roast or a hot and sour tofu dinner. The meal included mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, cranberry sauce, turkey gravy, and dinner rolls. As with the Christmas menu, Diddy’s lunch appears to have more of a holiday theme than his dinner.

It was also previously reported that Combs recently spent his birthday at the detention center as well. At the time, the mogul’s children sent him a video while having a cake at home.
