Although Kody isn’t at a place where religion is his top priority, he understands that Breanna, Aurora, and Robyn Brown want to find a new church. However, Kody is on edge that Robyn might leave him or another guy would woo her away from him. Although he is keeping the door open to attend later, he isn’t going with them for now. He seeks reassurance that his monogamous wife isn’t going to get any ideas about a new man or even tempt someone into believing she is available. He jokes that other guys might think she’s “a single mom.” Both reminisce about their first meeting and the “lightning bolt” feeling that struck Robyn.
Furthermore, Kody knows God was his wingman in “Operation Robyn.” But he reminds her to flash her gaudy ring anytime a man even thinks about talking to her. Kody saw her across the room at church and their eyes locked. Then, Robyn talks about liking Kody’s laugh lines and making eye contact as a “bolt of lightning shot through” her body.
