What Is the Hallmark+ Christmas movie Happy Holidays From Cherry Lane about? According to TV Insider, Erica Durance, Benjamin Ayres, Noah Bromley, and Serge Houde star in the 1960 part of this movie. Penny and Eli have an addition this holiday season. Eli’s “curmudgeonly father,” Walter,” is now there. This makes the holiday season challenging. Moreover, the family is also focused on Alex’s time capsule school project. Can they move forward from the past?

Next, it is 1998. This era is the return of Catherine Bell and James Denton. This is when the two first meet. Their circumstances are classic Hallmark. They are “stuck together when a blizzard stands Nelson in Regina’s home on Christmas Eve.”

Lastly, it is 2015. Julie Gonzalo and Ryan Rottman star in this era. “Jessie faces a big challenge while planning her sister’s last minute Christmas Eve wedding–the officiant is Tim, her high school sweetheart, whom she hasn’t seen in almost 20 years.”

Serge Houde Promises Some Tears In Happy Holidays From Cherry Lane

A few years back, Hallmark actor Serge Houde gave an exclusive interview with TV Shows Ace. He has guest starred in everything from When Calls The Heart, to Chesapeake Shores, to a cornucopia of Hallmark Christmas movies. However, it sounds like Serge has given quite a performance as Eli. Serge reached out and shared this BTS story from the set of the Gail Harvey-directed movie. This is the type of stories that loyal Hallmark fans love.

“As an aside, just to relate to a touching incident that happened on the set after my first few days of shooting some emotional scenes. When I arrived on the set the next day, the first AD [assistant director] stopped all work and made this announcement: ‘We all want to thank Serge for making us cry yesterday with his touching performances.’ Nothing like that has ever happened to me before! I was dumbfounded as they all clapped. Seems this one is going to be a real Christmas Tearjerker.”

Best of all, the Hallmark+ streaming channel has all the Good Witch movies, as well as Love On The Danube, and all four Cherry Lane movies. That is a lot of content for Goodies.
