The poster based it off the recent leaked conversation of Josh, in which he says that he’ll be participating in the latest season of 90 Day: The Last Resort, adding that Natalie is a bit on the “wild” side. He then added that he asked for his own room because there was no way he’d be staying in a room with “that girl,” indicating that their relationship was fake.
