Christina Haack Triumphs In A Property Dispute With Josh Hall
HGTV star Christina Haack is in the midst of a messy split from her third husband, Josh Hall. While the divorce is far from settled, Christina proudly won a property dispute against her ex.
More than likely, there will be more legal spats ahead. But for the time being, Christina Haack is basking in the warmth of her victory.
See what happened with the HGTV star’s Tennessee property and where she’s going from here.
Christina Haack Revisits Plan To Sell Her Tennessee Property
After Josh and Christina Hall opted to end their marriage, she stayed in their California residence with her children while he moved out to their Tennessee property. They agreed Josh could live there as long as they weren’t renting it out to anyone.
But after a few months, Christina decided to put the stunning estate up on the market. The Tennessee home is also the setting for Christina in the Country, so it would likely fetch a high price from HGTV fans.
Naturally, Josh wasn’t interested in losing his lodging so he filed to stop the sale. His ex-wife purchased the home before their marriage, but he argued in legal paperwork that he significantly contributed to paying down the mortgage. Christina temporarily removed the listing, but the situation certainly wasn’t settled yet.
As per Realtor.com, Christina Haack recently relisted the Tennessee property.
“As of Dec. 3, the stunning six-bedroom, six-bathroom abode is back on the market, with the same asking price of $4.5 million—and listed with the same agent, Haack’s good friend, Kelly Dougherty,” the publication writes.
The HGTV Star Wants To Move On With Her Life
Since the Halls announced their split over the summer, Christina has posted plenty of sharp jabs at her ex-husband on social media. She also revealed that he was incredibly difficult to film with, citing insecurities with the El Moussas.
Christina Haack hasn’t publicly shared whether or not she’s ready to date again. However, she posted on Instagram that she’s raising her son Brayden to be a perfect gentleman.
“Date night with the sweetest date there ever was. He opens doors, knows how to order for me, great conversation and laughs. As it should be….. Love my lil man. ❤️” the mother of three captioned an Instagram post.
The Halls’ divorce isn’t over yet, but Christina’s legal battle here surely lifted her spirits.
