A video featured music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs screaming for “fresh faces” has recently resurfaced. The video called for auditions to Diddy’s own digital cable television network. This comes out as the mogul has been facing various legal troubles since his September indictment.

Diddy Called For ‘Help Wanted’ For Revolt In The Resurfaced Video

Back in 2013, Diddy launched his own digital cable television network, Revolt, which was co-founded with Andy Schuon. A music-themed network, Revolt placed focus on hip hop and urban contemporary music, as well as social justice issues.

A video has recently resurfaced in which Combs could be seen asking for auditions. The mogul could be seen sitting in his office wearing a T-shirt with the network’s logo.

As Combs shared, “Help wanted! Help wanted! I’m doing the biggest global talent search for on-air talent. I want young, fresh faces. Show me what you got, show, show me what you got.”

“All you gotta do is put a copy of your link with #iamrevolt and we gonna find you. We want it to be fresh and innovative and fearless.”

The video appeared on Revolt’s official YouTube channel, having been uploaded on Sep 10, 2013. The video’s description also included further instructions on submitting auditions. At this time, the video has already garnered 147K views.

As noted by The Mirror US, Diddy could be heard screaming. He then added, “Revolt! I’m so excited! F— yeah!”

Diddy Stepped Down From His Role As Revolt’s Chairman Back In November

The publication noted they had approached Diddy’s legal team for comment. The video notably comes out since Diddy’s facing legal troubles after being indicted in September. The mogul’s upcoming trial is expected for May 2025.

At this time, Diddy is facing charges including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. For his part, Combs has denied these allegations and pled not guilty.

While Diddy was one of Revolt’s original co-founders, he has since sold a majority stake back in June. He has also stepped aside as Revolt’s chairman back in November. According to a press release, Revolt’s largest shareholder group is currently its own employees.

CEO Detavio Samuels released the following statement, “Today, we are most proud of the transformation that our teams will experience as they shift from being employees to owners of the business they are helping to build.” As the statement continued, “Black culture is global culture, and Revolt’s superpower is being the home for creators that move culture globally, allowing us to build the most powerful storytelling engine for Black voices.”
