The new rumors indicate that Sheryl, 61, is “disconnected” from the other hosts, and that things are often “tense” on The Talk (via The U.S. Sun). The reports also indicate that she has walked out of meetings on top of creating a toxic work environment on set.

The Talk will end on December 20. Even with her reportedly pushing out past co-hosts, she appears not to have a good relationship with the remaining co-hosts on the panel, either.

A source said that she refuses to speak to people about problems. She also reportedly walks out of meetings when she doesn’t get her way and refuses to take directions from higher-ups, creating a toxic work environment.

Who Did Sheryl Underwood Reportedly Chase Off The Talk?

According to the source, “Sheryl is unreasonable to deal with. She’s forced out Carrie Ann [Inaba] and Sharon [Osbourne] and the staff is still reeling from it… She was the catalyst for both Carrie Ann and Sharon’s exits.”

Sharon Osbourne left The Talk in March 2021 following a heated exchange on the show with Sheryl Underwood. The discussion was about race, and Sharon defended Piers Morgan’s comments concerning Meghan Markle. Sharon asked Sheryl to tell her when she heard Piers make any racist comments. She also said she was being painted in a bad light because Piers was her friend.

The network claimed Sharon’s comments “did not align with our values for a respectful workplace.” This caused Sharon to leave The Talk.

One month later, Carrie Ann Inaba announced she was leaving the show for her “well-being.” According to the source, “The other four current hosts are lovely and so kind to everyone but Sheryl has always made things really difficult and caused the show a lot of problems.”
