Did Kim Kardashian Get Paid For Controversial Robot Shoot?
Kim Kardashian recently took some controversial photos with a robot. The entire deal seemed like a paid photo ad from Tesla. However, while the entire thing promoted Tesla and Elon Musk’s company, Kim says that they never paid her to do the photos.

Kim Kardashian Takes Controversial Photos With A Robot
In some very strange photos, Kim Kardashian appeared before a Tesla car with a robot in the driver’s seat. Kim wore sheer hose and no pants as she posed in provocative poses where he crotch was blocked out.
Fans were not on board with the weird photos, and many of them responded in the Instagram comments about how creepy the photos of Kim and the robot were:
- “This sh*t is actually so weird”
- “Sorry Kim, you’re not gonna normalise this weird behaviour for us we don’t want this!”
- “Why is she sexualizing a robot?”
- “tell me you have too much money without telling me you have too much money…”
Some fans wanted to know how much Tesla paid Kim for this weird photoshoot. Kim seems to be friends with Elon Musk, as they have appeared photographed together at several social events. She gets paid a large sum of money to promote products on her socials, but this time, she claims she didn’t do it for the money.
Kim Kardashian Claims The Photo Was Not Paid Product Placement
Kim Kardashian posted the photos with the robot, which seems to match the photos she posted of herself with her Tesla Cybertruck. She had already introduced the Tesla Optimus Robot to her fans earlier in the month.

She asked the robot if he could wave to her and make a heart shape with its hands. It then did it for her to show its capability. Fans mocked her and said the robot was a “low maintenance boyfriend.” While fans believe she is being paid a large sum to promote the Tesla robot, Kim denies this.
Kim’s rep denied that she received any payment for the posts (via Page Six). However, Kardashian has lied in the past about getting money for social media posts. She had to pay $1.26 million in fines for “touting on social media a crypto asset security … without disclosing the payment she received for the promotion.”
