‘1000-Lb Best Friends’ Fans Sick Of Meghan Crumpler’s Stalking
1000-Lb Best Friends star Meghan Crumpler has had a pretty contentious relationship with bariatric surgeon Dr. Procter lately. In Season 2, she stormed out of his office after receiving advice she didn’t want to hear.
Their relationship in Season 3 seems more amicable, but viewers think it’s starting to take a more bizarre turn. After Meghan’s actions in Tuesday night’s episode, some viewers think her behavior is starting to border on stalking.
Viewers Think Meghan Crumpler Is Acting Desperate This Season
At the beginning of 1000-Lb Best Friends Season 3, Meghan Crumpler realized she hadn’t made much progress with her weight loss endeavors. She remembered her friend Ashely Sutton received a second bariatric surgery, which dramatically helped.
Meghan decided to ask Dr. Procter for a revision surgery. He said he would consider it, but only if she lost 30-40 more lbs. However, this doesn’t exactly explain Meghan’s strange behavior from Tuesday’s episode.
“Meghan! Dr. [Procter] is married. Give it up!” an annoyed 1000-Lb Best Friends fan shared on Reddit recently. “So this week, she admits to basically stalking him online and uncovering old photos from his modeling days. Then she pulls her dress down to show how she’s able to wear a strapless bra as her ‘non scale victory.’ Girl, he’s not into you.”
Other viewers also found the behavior odd, especially since Meghan Crumpler is also married. They brought up several instances of her seemingly unhealthy attitude toward Dr. Procter, including one from her time on Too Large.
Comments included:
- “Are we not going to talk about her naming her vibrator after him? I think it was on Too Large.”
- “If Meghan wants to impress Dr. [Procter] she should lose some weight like he wants her to. She keeps going in there with no progress. She is just going to see him.”
- “If genders were flipped this would be sexual harassment.”
- “She takes everything too far.”
The TLC Star Doesn’t Care What Haters Say
Meghan Crumpler hasn’t exactly been popular with viewers this season. 1000-Lb Best Friends absolutely hated the way she and Ashely treated Vannessa Cross over the past year.
But she doesn’t care what anyone has to say. Meghan has been sharing uplifting content on Instagram, vowing not to pay any attention to those who wish her poorly.
