‘Alaskan Bush People’ Season 15 A Possibility With Alaska News

Alaskan Bush People: Bear Brown

Bear Brown dropped a huge bombshell on Alaskan Bush People fans this week. He said that he and Raiven are going to be moving back to Alaska with their three sons. He also said that Gabe was going to move back with them and bring his family along too. That made many fans wonder if the show is ever coming back.

Here is what you need to know about a possible new season of the popular Discovery series.

Is Alaskan Bush People Coming Back With Season 15?

When Bear Brown announced this news, it surprised many Alaskan Bush People fans. The show’s last season, which aired in 2022, saw Noah Brown hunting for a place to buy in Alaska. He found and bought a small island and is building his new home there. However, he and his wife won’t move there until their kids finish school.

Noah and his wife seem to want their kids to get a good education, but Bear doesn’t seem to care too much about that. He and Raiven will likely homeschool their kids when they move back to Alaska, much like when he grew up in the bush.

There were thoughts that a new season of Alaskan Bush People could show Noah working on his island home while the rest of the family was in Washington with his mother, Ami. However, with Bear and Gabe planning to leave for Alaska, Ami will be left with only her daughters, Rain and Birdie, and sons Bam and Noah in Washington.

This could give the show a chance to return.

What Are The Chances Of A New Alaskan Bush People Season?

Alaskan Bush People remained popular when the family moved to Washington. By this time, fans had fallen for the Brown family, so leaving the Alaskan bush was not that big of a deal. However, with Billy Brown dead, it seems Discovery has not been keen to bring the show back after its last season with the kids saying goodbye.

If Bear Brown and Gabe Brown move to Alaska with their families and possibly return to the bush areas, Discovery could be incentivized to bring the show back to its roots. They could also still shoot in Washington so the rest of the family could continue to tell their stories, but going to Alaska could be a selling point.

However, one big problem is Bear Brown. He would become the focus. With his legal problems in the last season, that is a big gamble for Discovery. Bear was arrested in the middle of filming the last season for domestic abuse. The show edited around that, but it would be a bad deal if it happened again.
