One of them is called “Shirshasan,” which is an inverted “yoga asana” with numerous physical benefits. According to Sumit, it improves his balance and strengthens his arms. It also helps stretch many parts of his body. He added, “Mentally, it reduces stress and anxiety, improves focus, and boosts confidence.”
