Was ‘Tia Mowry: My Next Act’ Renewed For Season 2?
Has Tia Mowry: My Next Act been renewed for a Season 2 by WeTV? Season 1 was a big deal for Tia, who was coming off of a divorce from Cory Hardrict. The duo had been married for fifteen years and now, the mother of two must navigate single life while finding who she is. After eight episodes, was that enough to garner another season? Tia Mowry: My Next Act Brings The Actress Back To Life
It was exciting for fans of the Mowry sisters to see Tia Mowry back on their screens. Yet, she was not acting or guest-starring but rather the star of her own series. Not just that but it was a reality show which would take a deep dive into her post-divorce life. She and her husband of fifteen years, Cory Hardrict had split, and now, at 46, she was starting a new chapter in her life. It was both scary and exciting but she was able to share it with her diehard fans.
She signed on for her own reality series with WeTV called Tia Mowry: My Next Act and it followed Life After Lockup. This was somewhat beneficial as that series had an established fanbase. However, LAL now aired in an earlier time slot so that threw some viewers off. There were eight episodes in total for Season 1 and it showed Tia back out in the dating world. She also reunited with Jackée Harry from Sister, Sister while Tia and her friends were off to Las Vegas.

This has been a season like no other and now, the Season 1 finale of Tia Mowry: My Next Act will air on Friday, November 22nd. That being said, fans are wondering whether or not it will return for a Season 2. So far, they are loving Tia’s adventures and the story she is sharing:

Of course, some think it is contrived but they are still here for it. After the finale, what is the status?
Season 2 Ahead?
Unfortunately, viewers will have to wait a little longer to learn the answer as there is no update for the next season. If there will even be a next season of Tia Mowry: My Next Act. The ladies will finish their time in Las Vegas and the one request viewers do have is she keep her sister out of it. They like it just Tia and her girls with no extra interference. However, for those who need their Tia fix after the WeTV series ends, she will be in the Lifetime holiday film, A Very Merry Beauty Salon. It airs December 7th so everyone get ready for more Tia.
