Joan Vassos Gives Big Update On NYC Apartment Hunting
Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos and fiance Chock Chapple have been loving life in public after being in hiding for months. After making their media rounds the couple set off to New York City to look for apartments. The two want to make New York their home away from home. They will both keep their homes in Maryland and Kansas and escape to the city whenever they get the chance. Now, after being there for a few days, they are updating fans on how apartment hunting is coming along. Keep reading to find out everything they shared.
Joan Vassos Gives Huge Update On New York Apartment
Golden Bachelorette Joan Vassos and Chock Chapple are excited about beginning their lives together. Joan went to Instagram to share a huge update on how apartment hunting has been going in New York City. She started the video saying that she and Chock were in a taxi heading to the train station.
She is taking Chock to see her home in Maryland for the first time. Joan noted they had a great time in New York City. She went on to say they spent the entire day with their real estate agent Morgan Higgins. They shared Higgins was very patient with them because they had no idea what they were doing.
The happy couple went to the Upper East Side, and the Upper West Side, and ended up in Tribeca but ultimately they decided to find a place in Soho. They really liked it there.
Did They Find A Place?
Joan shared they have not settled on a particular place yet. Morgan showed them more than 20 locations and some very nice places. However, they are still looking and she is going to keep hunting the perfect for them. While they haven’t found the perfect place to live just yet, Joan says they are hopeful to find somewhere before the end of 2024.
Chock chimed in and added that the people of New York City were wonderful and they love it there. Both are excited to live some of their life there. He joked that people recognized Joan but he’s still known as “that guy.” He said there was great hospitality and great food and they met up with some good friends and wonderful people.
They both agreed they couldn’t be happier and can’t wait to be there more often.
