Kristin posted a TikTok doing a popular trend. Her hairstylist yelled out:

“Suspect let Morgan Wallen hurt her feelings, and she kept going back,”

Kristin threw her head back and started laughing. So, if her hairstylist is saying this and she is not denying it, that must mean it did happen. It seems he kept hurting her feelings and she would go right back to him. However, it obviously did not work out and Kristin is still in her dating era.

It seems the two did date. However, it seems it could have just been a fling and nothing more serious than that.
