Lawyer Demands Payoffs From Diddy Freak Off Celeb Attendees
It is starting to sound like things will get very messy in the Sean “Diddy” Combs fallout. While Diddy sits in jail awaiting his trial, over 100 lawsuits have been filed against him by women for sexual assault charges. Now, there is an attorney who is threatening to expose other celebrities in the case.
Here is what you need to know about more lawsuits that might be coming.
Lawyer Says He Will Sue More Hollywood Celebs If They Don’t Pay Up
In what borders close to pure threats, there is a lawyer who is representing alleged victims in the Diddy “Freak-Off” events. However, this lawyer is not just looking at getting money from Diddy. He is now threatening other celebrities as well.
Attorney Tony Buzbee is an American lawyer who has made a career out of suing celebrities. He represented 21 clients in sexual misconduct lawsuits against NFL star Deshaun Watson. He filed a $750 million lawsuit against rapper Travis Scott after an incident where people died during a concert.
Now, Buzbee is representing more than 50 people suing Sean “Diddy” Combs for sexual abuse allegations. Now, he has said that he wants more and is demanding payouts from high-profile people who attended “Freak-Offs” – even if they did nothing illegal (via TMZ).
Buzbee said that there were famous celebrities who were at the parties and saw the alleged sexually abused victims getting drugged. He said these celebs did nothing to stop it. As a result, he said they are as guilty as anyone else, and he has sent demand letters to some of them.
Tony Buzbee Demands Payoffs From Diddy Party Attendees
Tony Buzbee said that people who were at Diddy’s Freak-Offs and did nothing to stop the assaults need to pay up. This includes, in his words, “celebrities, politicians and businesspeople.”
Buzbee said the letters informed them that if they didn’t pay up, he would file lawsuits against them publicly. At the same time, Ray J said that he has spoken to several celebrities who are trying to settle with the alleged victims to keep their names out of the press and avoid the embarrassment that would come with a lawsuit.
Much of this information was revealed in a new TMZ docuseries titled, TMZ Presents The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs. Anyone interested in hearing the story, interviews, and Tony Buzbee’s accusations, it is available to watch for free on Tubi. Diddy’s court case will begin later in 2025.
