Chad Michael Murray Opens Up About ‘One Tree Hill’ Sequel

One Tree Hill is one of the most famous scripted shows. It is about teenagers and their journey through life. Lucas and Nathan Scott are half-brothers on the show played by Chad Michael Murray and James Lafferty. Not to mention, they are two of the main characters. Also, key parts of the series include Haley Scott, Brooke Davis, Peyton Sawyer, and so many more. The series ended once the group had grown up and showcased a little bit of their lives beyond high school. One Tree Hill has a massive fanbase. They are constantly doing conventions and meet and greets. So, when it was announced a reboot of the show was going to happen, fans freaked out.
Chad Michael Murray Opens Up
It has been unknown if Chad Michael Murray was going to join the reboot. He left the show after he and Sophia Bush separated. It must have been hard for them to work together. However, he has opened up about the reboot.
“I really want some iteration of this show to come back for the fans. I’ll tell you, whatever iteration of the show comes forward, I want that for the fans. There’s such a brotherhood and a bond between so many people all around the world with us. I’m grateful for that.”
His costar in an upcoming movie, Britt Robertson, said she wanted him to be in the reboot due to her mom being obsessed with the show. However, Chad did not budge and did not let anyone know if he was going to be joining or not.
It seems Chad would not even tell his costar, Britt, if he was going to be joining the reboot. He has kept quiet about the entire situation. However, fans hope they will see him join the show.
