Megan has revealed that she is pregnant with Machine Gun Kelly’s baby! She posted two pictures on Instagram. One picture was a positive pregnancy test. The next was a picture of her holding her stomach with some kind of black oil all over her body. She captioned the post:

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly were pregnant before. However, they sadly lost the baby. This was a hard time in their lives.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately…trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’”
However, the couple’s dreams have come true. They are going to be parent’s together and seem ecstatic about the situation. Megan has wiped her Instagram of everything but the pregnancy announcement.
