Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz were married for six years. However, they were together for ten years. Unfortunately, the relationship did not last any longer than that. The two had a lot of ups and downs in their time together. They seemed happy together in the beginning. However, it quickly began to take a turn. It was revealed that Tom cheated on Katie several times. This was hard for Katie. However, she decided to stick it through and try to make the marriage work. Ultimately, Katie decided they needed to get a divorce, and she needed to move on with her life, alone.

She Exposes Him For Terrible Partnership

Katie has exposed Tom for his terrible partnership. While on a podcast, she let it all spill. 

“For a long time, I normalized bad behavior and treatment that I just didn’t deserve. I just started to love myself again. Through that process, I was looking at the rest of my life like, ‘Hold on, like, I don’t deserve this.’ I always thought I did. I think I just normalized so much to myself. It was really heartbreaking to come to that sort of conclusion of understanding what’s best for me but just trying to fight it,”

Katie also revealed that Tom did not know “how to be a partner”. This was a moment that Katie was able to reflect on her past marriage and realize where it went wrong. However, it has helped her heal and move on in her life.

It seems that Katie feels she put up with too much during their marriage. Fans feel as though neither were perfect in the marriage. However, with Katie feeling the way she does, it made some look at Tom a different way. Regardless both are a part of Vanderpump Rules and do a fine job at working with each other.
