Tina Arnold is no longer a part of the 1000-Lb Best Friends cast, but she still appreciates the love and support from fans. These days, she promotes her art and writing career online to make money. But these plans don’t seem to be going over well with viewers.

While Tina does have her share of committed and loyal followers, many 1000-Lb Best Friends viewers have had enough. Read on and see what fans are saying online.

Viewers Are Irritated With Tina Arnold’s Latest Art Sale

Since 1000-Lb Best Friends premiered, Tina Arnold and Meghan Crumpler have come up with different schemes to raise money. A few years ago, they started an online fundraiser for an RV so they could travel around the country and meet fans. After that fell through, Tina focused on selling her art.

Tina is sad fishing for money AGAIN,” one annoyed Redditor wrote on the platform

“I’m selling these 11″x14″ framed photos to work toward raising money for medical costs for Johnnie, who has been put on short term disability due to injuring his shoulder,” Tina Arnold shared on Facebook.

She added that her husband had shoulder surgery in 2022 and they’re concerned this injury is headed in the same direction.

“I am looking for work, but in the meantime, I thought I’d try to make some money to save back by selling my photos,” Tina continued. “Because I do not know how to properly package these for shipping, I have to do local pickup//delivery only.”

1000-Lb Best Friends Viewers Slam The Former TLC Star’s Art Sale

In the past, many 1000-Lb Best Friends have expressed annoyance over Tina Arnold’s business endeavors. In the comments, other Reddit users expressed aggravation that Tina seems willing to do anything but actually work to provide for her family.

  • “Here’s a tip Tina, any entry level type place is probably hiring. Money is money. If I was desperate you better believe my ass would be at WalMart or wherever I need to go vs Ebegging with crappy art”
  • Hmm TLC money might not be much, but beats unemployment and hocking so-so pictures.”
  • I’m sure they are hiring at her local Family Dollar or Dollar General. GO GET A JOB Tina!”
  • I don’t want to speak ill of people but Tina rubbed me the wrong way from the first episode she was in. Vannessa kept me watching. Tina backing out of surgery last minute was frustrating to see someone given such an opportunity and squander it. The art isn’t great. Sorry.”
